to celebrate the day coinciding with her name (4/9), vampire vtuber yokyu akeru has assembled her elder sisters gram pico, navina nova, omaru polka, and patoneko for the first ever mashiro family collab (minus hinokami hikone, who's currently been on an indefinite hiatus)

they'll be doing a karaoke relay starting in about 5 hours followed by a group chatting collab and her premiering a cover

(please send nano your energy, with her being the only EN speaker out of the bunch and doing this super early in the morning)(but it's very cool she's getting to be part of this, she's mentioned being a big fan of polka's)

so their attempted zatsu was pretty busted, youtube was in a state of constant buffering and looping the previous couple seconds (the VOD ended up only being 13 minutes for a half hour timeslot), but thankfully everyone had the time to stick around and have a proper redo after akeru's cover finished premiering

the whole relay's worth a listen but i'll just link nano's, it was funny seeing her do stuff like sk8r boi for a primarily japanese crowd but also very fun when they all popped off for her jp song choices, i caught a number of jp bros in akeru and polka's morning streams today commenting on how impressed they were by her
